Busy commercial construction company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities Include:
• Accounts payable processing and invoice management
• Data entry and record keeping
• General administrative and office support
• Filing, document management, and correspondence
• Assisting project managers and office staff as needed
• Maintaining organized vendor and subcontractor records
Qualifications:
• Previous administrative and/or accounts payable experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel/Word applications
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Construction industry experience is a plus
