A growing distributor in the Raleigh area is in need of an Administrative Assistant. This role will assist with many daily office duties and help to support the entire office team. This is a possible temp to hire opportunity to start as soon as possible.
Manage day to day scheduling and support senior leadership with calendaring of meetings
Answer phones and direct to appropriate personnel
Handle all incoming and outgoing mailings
Keep main office lobby area tidy and organized
Assist with filing, scanning, and faxing of documents
Prepare documentation for office personnel and assist with conference needs
Order office supplies and make sure supply closet is up to date
At least 1 year in an office environment acting as administrative support
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a busy environment
MS Office experience; QuickBooks is a plus
Highly organized and detailed
