Looking for a prompt, reliable, empathic, detail-oriented, upbeat, professional person to interface with clients. You will be the first point of reference by phone and will need to be able to listen carefully and kindly. Some sales experience would be beneficial. Candidate will be an employee. Experience with medical health record software would be a plus. Must be able to manage the facility, schedule a number of appointments in various locations, plan events, run errands, etc.

Must have excellent Microsoft Office suite, general computer, writing and customer communication skills. Please include a cover letter that demonstrates your writing skills along with your resume. Applications without cover letters will not be read.

Must provide 3 references with phone numbers including one from former employer.

Ideally, you are flexible and open to feedback.

Database Input

Stocking Bathrooms
Keeping Office Tidy
Errands
Filing
