Job Title: Part time admin role
-Hours: 20 hours per week (could potentially lead to full time in the busier months)
-IN PERSON
-Monday-Friday but Wednesday-Friday is REQUIRED
- 7:30AM to 4:00PM Daily
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable person to join our team in an office admin role. They will be assisting both owner and operations manager in basic office tasks. The candidate MUST have Quickbooks Software experience, strong computer skills, excellent front desk etiquette, experience in handling complex customer service situations and tasks like accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in answering client emails in a courteous timely manner
- Schedule estimate appointments for the owner and email confirmation reminders
- Answer and direct phone calls and relay messages to recipient
- Manage front desk operations efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail sorting
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks like AR, statement/invoice matching, filing, preparing paperwork and assist with some owner/operations manager requests.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Some experience in QuickBooks Desktop is REQUIRED
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Working interview to be completed prior to hire.
- Pay is depends on experience and references. Paid hourly with paid holidays.
