The 11x13 foot office is UPSTAIRS in the Chapel Hill Road Office Center directly across from the Hampton Inn at I-40 exit number 290 on Chapel Hill Road in Raleigh. The office is physically in Cary, but has a Raleigh postal address.
The two story unit has two shared bathrooms, reception area/waiting room, small kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, and large storage closets. The unit has an installed security system (currently unused), and all offices are wired for local area network and include WIFI. Each individual office has its own door lock. Landlord pays taxes, association dues, and all utilities except Internet for which there is a small optional charge of $10 per month.
Other tenants in the individual offices include therapists, massage therapists, and psychologists all of which share various cleaning duties. The existing tenants work varying days and hours.
The office unit is located in a safe, well-maintained office complex with low traffic and excellent neighbors.
This office is available July 1; rent will be prorated by day. A $100 deposit is required.
