Room Details:
Room #2. Approximately 16x11 (176SF) with 2 windows
Office Use Days: 3 days a week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Price breakdown: (2 Options)
1. 12 month sublease: $450.00 per month for a 1 year contract with the option to renew at that same rate for another 1 year. Note: upon renewal, the $450.00 rate will include the 3% increase that the Master lease calls for).
OR
2. 6 month sublease (Cold-feet Rate): $500.00 per month for a 6 month contract with the option to renew at that same rate for another 6 months after the initial the 6 month contract is expired, OR for option to renew for 1 year at $450.00 - starting a whole new year after the first 6 month contract is expired. Note: The 3% renewal increase will not be required after your first 6 months. Rather it will apply after the new 12 month sublease is expired.
