I used this for my Canon Speedlights.
It has several ways to adjust for different lengths of flashes, height, etc.
Has a support that is adjustable.
Fits a standard stand head, can be adjusted to various angles.
Front ring is a bowen's type for use with modifiers like softboxes, Umbrellas can be used as well. There is a slot for the shaft that can be tightened.
