Maintenance Position
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a full-time maintenance person in Raleigh, NC. Property maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
The candidate must be willing & able to climb ladders, lift 50 pounds, and work independently. Includes but not limited to sweeping, cleaning, painting, picking up trash, fixing roof leaks (Will train), Cleaning Gutters
HOURS
• Full-Time Position—Hourly Rate of $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Must own and have reliable Transportation that is driven to work daily (no sharing of vehicle)
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Must have own liability insurance
