Real Estate Broker-In-Charge needs a highly organized and experienced administrative assistant/Listing Coordinator. Real estate broker license preferred, but not required. Duties include: Prepare all listing materials & Oversee all aspects of seller transactions. Assist with preparing listing presentation tailored to listing client's needs: Prepare listing documents and assist sellers in executing them. Assist sellers in properly preparing to list / forms / FAQs / photos / measurements / disclosures / upgrade documentation / etc. & other assigned tasks.

Hours needed minimum 20 - 25 hours per week with a start date: middle to end Feb. Previous experience in Real Estate is an advantage. Home Office Location is in West Cary.
