I'm the executor for my sister's estate. As such, I've been directed to sell her house.

Ideal North Hills/Shelley Lake area home. On a cul-de-sac lot.

The house is in disrepair and will need a lot of attention (see below). Sweat equity is ideal though tear-down & rebuild is possible, too, as many homes in the area are being razed for the land. We'd like to see the home rebuilt.
I'm a retired Gen Contractor and am well aware of what this house needs to be a home.

WHAT IT WILL NEED: New roof, with some plywood and fascia repair. New HVAC system. New kitchen, including cabinets & appliances. Both bathrooms will need complete remodeling. ALL flooring will need to be replaced. New windows. Painting inside and out. Some trees will need to be removed as well as general landscaping done. Many deck boards will need replacing. I suggest removing the interior fireplace (built-in kind) and either omitting completely or fixing it back to a smaller, nicer looking area vs. the crap the builder came up with.
