We’re looking for a community-minded person to join our lovely, affordable home in Northside Chapel Hill—just a short walk to UNC's campus!
The Space:
Rent: $460/month Available January 1st 5-bedroom, 2-bath communal house
Utilities + shared vegetarian groceries: approx. $250/month TBD on which bedroom will be available - we have one roommate moving out but others might shuffle rooms.
About Us:
We’re a group of five folks who share an intentional, cooperative living space. Interests in the house include music, dancing, tattooing, LGBTQ+ community, tea drinking, and reading.
We share: Vegetarian dinners 5 nights a week (each person cooks one night) Groceries and household chores A set of community guidelines to keep our home running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who values communication, cooperation, and cozy vibes.
