The house is only a 5-10 minute drive from downtown Durham and about 20 mins from RTP, so there is a lot to do. We are looking for two roommates (young professional/graduate student) who will live in a fully furnished home.
The second floor is a cozy, private area that can make you feel at home. The interiors and layout with granite countertops, a large (roommate-friendly) fridge, gas stove, and a fireplace. Common areas are furnished, including a chef's kitchen and a grill.
The ideal roommate is someone who is clean and friendly. We encourage a “the more the merrier” philosophy, as long as we respect each other and clean up after ourselves.
