I'm glad to answer questions related to the space but kindly understand, I will only respond to emails which contain that information and will not reply to "is this available". Additionally, I do not give out my phone number or communicate about the rental via text.
**The space is $600/month for a weekday renter who commutes into the area for work and only needs a rental during the week. No locals. The space is exclusively yours and you may leave your belongings behind when you return to your permanent home on the weekends. I have been renting rooms in my home to male and female commuters since 2009 and do this type of renting because it affords me the ability to work on weekend DIY projects, clean, laundry etc. without disturbing a tenant.
$100 deposit refundable with thirty days' notice and space left in move-in condition.
Accommodations:
*Private Exterior Entrance
Bed, Chair, Side Table, Firestar TVs, Lamps, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Keurig Coffee Maker, Dishes, Silverware, and Bed linens. *There is not a sink in this space.
*All Utilities included
*Wi-Fi included
*TV has Prime Video and Firestar Channels plus extra HDMI ports for your own Roku or Firestick if desired.
*Dedicated street parking for ONE vehicle directly in front of the house or driveway parking (your choice).
*No laundry access, but I'll gladly launder bed linens upon request on the weekends.
About you:
*Employed full-time with a DAY job outside of the home (with a set guaranteed schedule).
*You would arrive Sunday after 6 PM and depart on Friday AM when you leave for work, typically by 9 AM.
*You have a driver's license and your own vehicle.
*No smoking, vaping or drugs. (Responsible alcohol consumption is ok.)
*Mature, clean, tidy, quiet.
*Impeccably clean background.
*Can provide proof of employment and current positive residency pay history.
*No visitation.
*Always pay rent on time.
About me:
*Female, early sixty's, young spirited, laid back, cordial but introverted, quiet, works from home full-time during the week, no weekday visitation.
*I have been in this home since 1995 and doing rentals since 2009.
*Animal lover with cats. There is a door in the hall between the rental space area and my side of the home so you will never see me or the cats.
*Sorry but I am unable to accommodate any pets.

*Situated in a quaint 1950's quiet, neighborhood called Cloverdale with large lots and wonderful mature trees.
*Home is located on a dead-end street with very little traffic.
*Great neighbors, most of whom have been here for twenty plus years.
*Located less than five miles from downtown Raleigh.
*Less than two miles from Highways 70, 40 and 401.
