One room available now. Just replaced carpet a few one year ago. I have a nice room for rent with monthly rent of $615 including water and electricity and internet. All the three utilities are included in the rent. All other renters are male. We are looking for a gentleman to move in! We offer low rent but we need excellent renter. I hope you are easy going person who can get on well with other roommates. I also hope you have a stable job and your working time is no earlier than 8 am and no later than 10:30 pm. Otherwise you will disturb other roommates' living. You are either a student or a person with a good job. This is 4BR, 4BA condo in Lake Park. 5 min drive to NCSU Centennial Campus, walk to Lake Johnson, 8 minute walk to Wolf Line. Each BR has walk in closets, ceiling fans, and their own private bathroom! All kitchen appliances: Refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer are included.
