I have the lower level of my split level home available for rent on 11/2 The room is basically a studio, minus a private kitchen. It has its own entrance and a bathroom that is available for the tenant (it is not located in the room, but just across the hallway and will be at your disposal all of the time). Currently I have it partially furnished, with a bookshelf , and a coffee table, and the mini fridge and microwave. The expectation is that the tenant would not enter the rest of the house except to use the kitchen. Financial stability is a must, and since I do reside in the house I am looking for someone who is mostly quiet, tidy, and respectful of my home. The rent includes all utilities and internet.
