We need a Tier 1-2 Tech. Most of our clients are small businesses in the triangle area.
Work remotely by phone/email or in person with clients to solve tech problems.
Monitor the help desk ticketing system.
Answer the phone when support calls come in and create/close tickets for those calls.
Visit on site to fix, update, add or make changes to client's equipment.
Move equipment or tools which may weigh in excess of 30lbs.
Some work will be done in our office. Some can be done from wherever you like.
Be willing to learn.
Be on punctual, clean, appropriately dressed and ready to get the job done.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS/Server
Understanding of computer networking, computer hardware and general troubleshooting.
Good communication both verbal and written
Discipline to follow-through with a task or project and document it.
Experience with Mac OS, Linux, VoIP, Active Directory, Group Policy, Powershell, Bash Scripting, VLANs, Office 365, Azure, MySQL, PHP, Perl, Terminating ethernet cabling
Must have reliable transportation, clean license.
