The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is primarily responsible for the ongoing task of general customer service and supporting project management. The CSR will also be responsible for assisting the laboratory with tasks such as sample receiving and processing. The Customer Service Representative serves as our customers' primary point of contact within the company and plays an integral role in keeping daily operations on track.
The ideal CSR candidate would have a scientific background with strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as being highly organized. Prior experience in a laboratory or technical workplace is preferred. A high degree of computer literacy and familiarity with common applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel are required. Attention to detail as well as multitasking skills are qualities that are essential for success in this role.
Minimum educational requirement is an associate degree. Prior customer service experience is preferred.
