looking for 1-2 years parking for tiny house (within 1 hour drive from triangle area)

We hope to pay around $700 per month plus utilities, but will pay more for the right place. Work exchange is possible (yardwork, building projects, animal care, childcare, elder care, computer work).
The tiny house is 8.5’ by 24’ (plus a tongue in front) and is about 12’ high. We will need water and power, and graywater disposal (we are flexible about how we deal with all). Our toilet is a compost kind, so we can manage our sewage. We hope to set up rainwater reclamation system to reduce our water needs in the near future. We also have 2 solar panels and would like to have more, if there is room for a small setup.
Cameron is a licensed massage therapist, formerly a preschool teacher; Justin currently works for Alaska Airline parts department and will be looking for something similar. Because we both have to change jobs, we have savings for rent and can pay several months upfront. Cameron enjoys knitting, cooking and TV (and built the tiny house). Justin likes video games, hiking, and is especially looking forward to the heat.
