Mature couple need short term (Raleigh area)

We are looking for a room or a home with large yard and will provide home and yard maintenance to possibly offset costs if needed. If it is a shared offer it must be with a couple or single woman.
I am retired Coast Guard and my wife is an herbalist and LMT. We have 2 very easy dogs, one female German Shepherd and a English Bulldog female.
We can afford $400.00 a month as the RV repair is expensive. We are very active and in great shape, 50's and respectful to others and their property. This is short term for a few months (2-3) while Camping World in Raleigh works on our RV.
