Hello, I'm James, a 41yo SWM seeking new place to call home within reasonable walking-distance to the Wake Forest Walmart Supercenter. I work there and have for the last 20 years. Lived in the Wakefield neighborhood equally as long. I don't own a vehicle and never been to the DMV to earn a driver's license. That is why I need to remain near my job. Need to be out of my current living situation end of June (landlord selling house), so seeking July 1st move-in date. Would prefer renting a room but also open to getting an apartment with a roommate and go 50/50 rent and utilities. Trying to keep budget around $800. Keep in mind I'm looking for a long-term deal/lease, ideally 2-3yrs. I simply don't make enough money in retail to buy a house or afford these crazy 3x net income requirements all these apartments demand by myself. Need a team up situation.
