I am a retired man who is looking for anyone in need of my expertise service in Home Improvement projects or repairs. I don't do any Plumbing or Electrical or Crown mouldings. I have years of experience working for Home Depot Pro services, running my own Home Improvement company and working for various Contractors in the past.
Iam looking for some income to help cover finances.
Here's a list of what I am qualified for:
Window and Door installation
Siding, Fascia and Soffits installed or repaired
Wood rot and replacement on Home and Decks
Screen repair
Gutter repairs and cleaning
Minor Carpentry and repairs
Roofing and repairs
Brick mouldings
Gable Vents and repairs
Sheetrock repairs and replacement
Minor painting and touch up
Hauling and trash removal
Pick up material for projects
All services will be determined and decided by myself and customer.
I have multiple references and pictures of projects that I have accomplished. Small repairs are welcomed and hourly costs will be determined depending upon the repair and the distance.
Payment accepted will be Cash or Venmo only.
