I've gone through the manual and I think the only thing that is missing is one of the front panels where a CD ROM would go. I believe everything else is complete.

The only defects I'm aware of are the scuff mark on the back panel and two of the pull out drive bays have a plastic pin broke on the spring panel. However, this does not effect the hot swap drive bay usage as it's just the spring loaded piece that is broke where you slide your fingers into. The bay will still slot and lock into place and is still easily pulled out. See photo for details.
