This canoe is well taken care of and has been stored indoors when not in use.
I'm the original owner.
The bow and stern ends have kevlar skid pad plates for whitewater . 69 pounds.
The canoe has been used primarily for whitewater trips and fishing.
All scratches are in the outer surface layer only and no scratches go through the surface layer.
The hull design of the Explorer:
-Shallow "V"for stability and tracking with efficient glide for flat water
-Moderate rocker for maneuverability
-1100 pound capacity
- Can be paddled solo or tandem
