Looking for someone to take over my lease from 05/11/26-08/13/26. You will get one bedroom and one bathroom, you’ll have access to a kitchen and a living room. Everything is furnished already. You would be living with 3 other roommates max, it is unlikely that all 3 will be around for the summer. Its a great group of guys. Free parking, all utilities are included in the monthly rent. Amenities include a gym, swimming pool, basketball court, volleyball court, study room, break room with pool and ping pong tables, and a computer lab.
