Person who replied to me from CL post told me the info below (and she "conveniently" had the exact same first AND last name as me! 🙄)
AND I called the "Landlord" Gregory Weaver and spoke to him. He had a VERY strong eastern Indian accent!
"I'm the sublessor. Meaning; I'm the current tenant of this apartment. I'm a travel nurse and currently away for my assignment. I told my landlord I can't afford to pay for the rent while I'm away for that reason. We both decided to sublease out the unit while my landlord handles the sublease.
I will be away for 12 months.
I just sent more pictures of the unit to your email. Kindly check and reply through the email thread
You being careful is understandable. To be honest with you. The easiest way to reach out to me is via email because I'm a nurse with a tight schedule. I can't be seen close to my phone during duty.
Do attend to the rental application form if you are interested in the unit so I can have you directed to my landlord for him to have it reviewed.
