I AM SELLING THESE TOGETHER ONLY, NOT SEPARATELY.
Neither the PC nor the monitor have had any problems or issues. Both are in great condition -- they look newer than eight years old.
I have wiped the PC clean using its "Reset this PC" factory-reset method, so it is ready for a new user.
The PC has the same exact setup as it had when I bought it; I've never even removed the cover to see or change any components.
I have included a photo of the system info for the PC. Details are below:

The Dell E2310H monitor (23") has a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio with a maximum screen resolution of 1920 x 1080. Has a slim black bezel design and can be tilted forward and backward.
I live in south Durham (map shows my approximate location); you'll have to meet me at my house or near where I live. Keep in mind that if you want me to turn on the PC and monitor to show you that they work, it'll have to be at my house because electricity will be necessary to turn them on.
