This is a copy of the Phoenix: Dawn Command role-playing game by Keith Baker and Dan Garrison. The (weighty) box contains 296 tarot-sized cards for playing the game along with 100+ tokens, and the 460-page book which contains rules, setting information, guidance for players & game masters, and a full story campaign. This is enough playing material for up to 5 players (4 Pheonix players and 1 Marshal game master).
I recommend looking up what information one can on sites like the BoardGameGeek, as this game is played somewhat uniquely with players building decks of the tarot cards to represent their characters and engaging with and driving the storytelling by playing hands. The setting is a mythic classic/archaic age fantasy represented with attractive and simple art, wherein players take on the roles of reincarnated super-powered "Pheonixes", which become stronger (level up) each time they die... up to seven times.
