We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of the project, including cost estimates, scheduling, and risk management to ensure high-quality, safe results.
Site Management: Oversee daily operations, including managing subcontractors, workers, and on-site materials.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards (OSHA).
Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and submit budget estimates, track project costs, and manage change orders.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers regarding project status and issues.
Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks, delays, or emergencies and proactively implement solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software packages.
Leadership: Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict management skills.
Certification: Preferred certifications include Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Associate Constructor (AC), or Certified Professional Constructor (CPC)
