Affordable Crawlspace Solutions is a small business in Raleigh, NC. We are professional, agile and our goal is to provide top quality wood rot mitigation and encapsulation for clients experiencing damage from neglected crawlspaces .

We are currently seeking a versatile and knowledgeable Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in carpentry specifically floor system framing as well as crawlspace encapsulations but we are willing to train as work is specialized
Responsibilities:
Lift and shore homes in preparation for demolition with temporary beam and bottle jacks
Demo rotted framing
Measure, cut and install new framing members accordingly to engineer specs
Measure and plan liner install for encapsulations
Cut liner and install liner on crawlspace floor, walls and piers
Install foam on foundation walls and vents
Install dehumidifer
Bonus if you know how to install new outlet and drip line for pump
Basic carpentry skills
