We’re a residential painting company focused on exterior repaint and wood restoration.
We are not looking to train beginners or crews used to light prep only.
We’re looking for experienced exterior painting subcontractors who already work on:
Older homes
Heavy scraping & sanding
Failing paint systems
Deck restoration (strip / sand / stain or paint)
Wood rot repair coordination
If you’ve spent real time restoring exteriors — not just washing and spraying — you’ll fit right in.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience with heavy prep (scraping, sanding, feathering, priming)
Comfortable working on older homes with layered paint
Deck restoration experience is a big plus
Clean, professional job sites
Consistent quality (we build 5-star results on repeat)
Reliable scheduling and communication
What we are NOT looking for
“Light prep only” crews
Production-only spray teams
Subs who expect homeowners to accept shortcuts
Anyone who needs to be trained on proper exterior prep standards
