We are looking for dependable Cabinet/Millwork Installers to join our team. These are long-term employee positions — not subcontractor roles.
Pay & Benefits
Starting pay: $30 to $35 per hour (based on knowledge, skill, and experience).
After 12 months, we contribute to a 401K or IRA.
Per diem is provided for all out-of-town work.
Mileage reimbursement for work-related travel.
Lodging reimbursement
Workload & Schedule
We have contracts in Charlotte, NC and throughout the Southeast, with steady work scheduled through 2027.
Most installers average 50–60 hours per week.
Out-of-town work runs Monday through Friday, with projects within 5 hours of Charlotte typically returning home on weekends.
You are paid drive time from your residence to the job site.
Work Conditions
All work is indoors — cold air in the summer and heat in the winter. No rain days off.
We specialize in high-end commercial cabinet and millwork installation.
What You Will Be Doing
Installing commercial cabinets, millwork, and trim
Setting, leveling, and anchoring cabinets and countertops.
Installing crown, baseboard, and detailed trim.
Reading plans/drawings.
Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Requirements
• Must have a Valid NC driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Prior experience with cabinet/millwork installation
• Personal installation tools
