MigWay is hiring experienced CDL A OTR drivers.
This is not a starter fleet. We run a controlled operation with real miles, modern equipment, and in-house dispatch that plans instead of guessing.
💰 PAY BY TRUCK TYPE
Dry Van
- $0.65 CPM
- Up to $0.10 CPM performance bonus based on miles
Flatbed
- $0.60 to $0.75 CPM based on miles (empty & loaded)
Higher earning potential with flatbed freight
