Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Small Parcel Delivery Driver to transport and deliver packages safely and efficiently to residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have strong time-management skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Load, transport, and deliver small parcels according to assigned routes and schedules.
Verify delivery information and obtain signatures when required.
Ensure packages are handled carefully to prevent damage or loss.
Use GPS and delivery applications to navigate routes efficiently.
Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation.
Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch personnel.
Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
Resolve delivery issues and report exceptions such as undeliverable packages.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic smartphone and mobile app proficiency.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Previous delivery, courier, or driving experience.
