Some jobs require excavation and disposal of soil. Examples: digging for an in-ground pool, leveling a sloped job site. You may have to haul the soil to a construction waste site and pay a tipping fee for each load.
The side yard of my residential lot is sloped and would be improved by from having clean fill to level part of it. If you deliver at no cost this could be a win-win situation. Your hauling distance may be reduced and there is no tipping fee. Easy access on a paved driveway. The material must be soil only. CLEAN FILL.
