We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech‑savvy **Customer Service & Talent Screening Representative** to support our growing youth‑talent and performance programs. This is a **remote, flexible‑schedule** position perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
**Position Overview**
You will assist with **talent screening, scheduling, and communication** for auditions, performances, and virtual sessions. This role requires strong people skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with digital tools.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Call and screen new talent applicants
- Post casting notices and opportunities
- Review incoming applications and submissions
- Schedule auditions, virtual auditions, and performance slots
- Communicate with parents, talent, and performers in a professional, friendly manner
- Maintain accurate notes and tracking in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Assist with basic customer service questions via phone, email, or text
- Follow simple scripts and guidelines for screening and scheduling
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with adults and youth
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office and Excel**
- Reliable access to **Wi‑Fi**
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently from home
- Must be able to pass a **basic background check**
