Couch. Fine shape. Dog friendly home but the couch has been in a low traffic room with an alarm pad on it up keep the dog off.
It's located upstairs on a split level house in the room directly at the top of the stairs. So there's maybe 6 stairs to navigate to the front door and your vehicle can be backed up basically to the front door for loading. Priority to whoever can move it themselves but a man is available to help move if needed.
