Purchased the house and this was left inside. Don't need it, but maybe you or someone else you know does. Decent condition and rather comfortable. Comes in three pieces and have all the hardware.

City is scheduled to pick it up Tuesday, so if you can make it here before Monday night, it's yours. I'll even help you load it. Planning on keeping it inside until Monday, so you'll certainly need to coordinate your pickup (bring a truck). Luckily I'm flexible, so give me a call. Let's get this out of my home and into yours.
